COO and Founder Elston Garrison
Elston Garrison is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He began his career in 1993 at Synchronet, a value-added reseller in Houston, where his skills quickly set him apart. He later became IT Manager at Transenergy Management, honing his expertise in IT operations and tech-driven projects. In 1998, Elston relocated to Los Angeles, where he contributed to major projects such as Princess Cruises’ server migration to Windows Server and Sylvan Learning Systems’ network design for their Marina Del Rey video production facility.
Elston’s career progressed with leadership roles at The San Diego Union-Tribune and Frontier Airlines. At the Union-Tribune, he managed email and data communication platforms, responsible for maintaining secure and reliable digital operations. At Frontier Airlines, he spent a decade adapting the company’s systems to meet post-9/11 security standards, demonstrating his ability to overcome high-stakes challenges and implement critical changes.
In 2012, Elston co-founded TEKZYS with James Cox, marking his transition from IT professional to entrepreneur. Leveraging his extensive experience, he has driven the development of innovative technology solutions tailored to modern business challenges. Elston’s career is a testament to his dedication, adaptability, and forward-thinking leadership in the ever-evolving IT industry.
